There’s a chill in the air but September’s Repair Cafe is coming next Saturday 20th September 10 - 12 at Swainby Village Hall to warm your cockles! Bring along your household items - bikes & toys, clothing & textiles, crockery & ceramics, mobile phones & laptops, electrical appliances, wooden furniture, blades in need of sharpening - and our volunteers will fix them for you whilst you watch, gain repair knowledge & have a lovely warm cuppa - all for free (donations welcome).

September’s a great time to learn a new home hobby so we have patchwork packs and info leaflets for free to inspire you (whilst also saving spare fabric going to waste).

Learn new skills, extend the life of your cherished items, save money, save the planet from waste. Doesn’t that give you a nice warm feeling?!
